In preparation of the upcoming challenges and tasks for 2024, our staff team recently hosted a kick-off event at the All for One Group location in Dortmund. In the warm and inviting office we found the perfect atmosphere to collaborate and talk about past achievements and future plans.

Once all the participants had arrived, we started with a brief review of the past year. Furthermore we focused on our mission and vision as well as the five most important pillars of our work – employee recruitment, employer branding, employee retention, sponsoring & collaborations and customer loyalty. We evaluated our activities and overall performance in each of the categories and thus were able to draw some important conclusions.

The kick-off set the stage for an extraordinary journey ahead. The lively exchange and good conversations lead to an awesome working atmosphere that helped us lay the foundation for future activities at All for One Gaming.
